FUNCTION: Involved in the targeting and/or fusion of transport vesicles to their target membrane. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasmic vesicle secretory vesicle synaptic vesicle membrane, Single-pass type IV membrane protein. Cell junction synapse synaptosome. Note: Neuronal synaptic vesicles.
