L’anticorps anti-RPS6KB1 Polyclonal Lapin est utilisé pour la détection de RPS6KB1 dans des échantillons de Humain, Souris et Rat. Il a été validé pour WB, IHC et IF.
The antibody detects endogenous level of p70 S6 Kinase only when phosphorylated at serine 424.
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Immunogène
Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer424 (P-V-S (p) -P-V) derived from Human p70 S6 Kinase. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.

Antigène
RPS6KB1
(Ribosomal Protein S6 Kinase, 70kDa, Polypeptide 1 (RPS6KB1))
Autre désignation
p70 S6 Kinase
Sujet
Phosphorylates specifically ribosomal protein S6 in response to insulin or several classes of mitogens. Promotes protein synthesis by phosphorylating PDCD4 at 'Ser-67' and targeting it for degradation.
