Specificité: Human Cas5 protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with Cas5 from mouse, chimpanzee, bovine, and rat based on 100 % homology with the immunizing sequence. Expect cross reactivity with multiple isoforms of this protein. Cross reactivity with Cas5 from other sources has not been determined

Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:25000 - 1:100000), IHC, IHC-P (5 μg/mL), WB (1:1000 - 1:3000)

Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in  pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for this antibody was determined to be 5 μg/mL. Western Blot: A band approximately 125 kD in size corresponding to hCas5 protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
