Indications d'application: ELISA Detection: Biotinylated Monoclonal antibody ABIN371617 is the preferreddetection antibody in a Sandwich ELISA for quantifying human GM-CSF protein levels. (Ref.1-4). It should be paired with purified withpurified recombinant human GM-CSF as the standard. Immunofluorescence/Flow Cytometry: This antibody is useful for Intracytoplasmic stainingand Flow Cytometric analysis to identify and enumerate GM-CSF-positive cells within mixedcell populations. Recombinant human GM-CSF (Cat#ABIN371618 should be used as a Specificity Control.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
