Specificité: Is specific to 37-43 kD protein known as Rad51 which is similar to RecA. Rad51 promotes homologous pairing and strand exchange within a regular nucleoprotein filament. Rad51 has been suggested to be involved in homologous recombination and in cell proliferation regulation. This antibody cross reacts with mouse and rat.
