- Specificité
- Is specific to the 85kD kD protein known as XRCC1. X-ray Repair Cross Complementing (XRCC1) plays a role in excision repair of DNA after ionizing irradiation. It binds to DNS ligase III through C-terminal 96 amino acids and to DNA polymerase-beta through the N-terminal half. XRCC1 is expressed at high levels in testis. This antibody cross reacts with rat.
