Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Direct ELISA. Detects Frizzled-7 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on the differentiated embryoid bodies derived from mouse embryonic cell line D3. Flow Cytometry: Dilute this antibody to 0.1 mg/mL and add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. Binding may be visualized by adding streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
