Specificité: The antibody MEM-15 reacts with CD14, a 53-55 kD GPI (glycosylphosphatidylinositol)-linked membrane glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages and weakly on granulocytes, also expressed by most tissue macrophages.
