Specificité: Recognizes the murine CD19 cell surface antigen, a 95kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes. Clone 6D5 has been shown to recognize the same epitope as clone ID3 in cross-competition assays.

Usage: The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
