Usage: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Designed to quantitatively determine the percentage of cells bearing TRA-1-60 (R) within a population and qualitatively determine the density of TRA-1-60 (R) on cell surfaces by flow cytometry. Cell surface expression of TRA-1-60 (R) is determined by flow cytometry using 488 nm wavelength excitation and monitoring emitted fluorescence with a detector BG01V cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-human TRA-1-6 (filled histogram) or isotype control (open histogram). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
