Usage: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: 10 μL/1-2.5x10^5 cells. Cells may be Fc-blocked with 1 μg of human IgG/10^5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Do not wash excess blocking IgG from this reaction. Incubate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Commentaires
