Specificité: Recognizes the C-terminal cytoplasmic tail sequence (CGPDPAWGGGGRMGTWSTR) of human CD19, a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed by cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is absent on plasma cells. Detects a band of ~95kD in Raji cell lysates under reducing conditions.

Homologie: Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%) Gibbon, Monkey (94%) Elephant, Panda, Dog (89%) Pig (83%).

Membrane permeabilization and antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections.
