- The antibody QBEnd-10 reacts with Class II epitope on CD34 (Mucosialin), a 110-115 kD monomeric transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic progenitors cells and on the most pluripotential stem cells, it is gradually lost on progenitor cells. Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
