- Sujet
- G1/S-specific cyclin-E1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CCNE1 gene. Cyclin E1 and cyclin E2 can associate with and activate CDK2 whose activity is restricted to the G1-S phase of the cell cycle, and is essential for the G1/S transition.
