Specificité
- The 18 aa rat peptide has 100 % sequence homology with rat AVP1a receptors (394, 395 and 424 aa) and 55 % with mouse (10/18 aa) AVR-V1a receptors. Sequence homology of the peptide with the human AVR-V1a was not significant. No significant similarity is seen with AVP V1b or V2 or V3 receptors.
