- This MAb recognizes TGF beta 1, 2 and 3. TGF's inhibit the growth of epithelial cells and stimulate the growth of mesenchymal cells.Most breast lesions, benign and malignant, involve abnormal proliferation and altered architecture of stromal and/or epithelial elements.

Indications d'application

Positive Control: Ovarian carcinoma, lung tumor or skin. PC-3 cell line. Eahy926 cells.
Known Application: Functional Assay (Order Ab without BSA/Azide), ELISA (0.1-0.4 μg/mL - Detection, 2-8 μg/mL - Capture), Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
