Indications d'application: This antibody preparation has been pre-titrated and quality-tested for flow cytometry using an appropriate cell type. The antibody has been diluted for use at 5 μLper test, defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of approximately 100 uL. The number of cells within a sample should be determined empirically, but typically ranges between 1x10e5 to 1x10e8 cells.

Sujet: The 61D3 antibody is specific for human CD14, a 53-55 kDa GPI-anchored glycoprotein. CD14 is highly expressed on monocytes and to a lesser extent on interfollicular macrophages, and some dendritic cells. Together with LPS-Binding Protein (LBP), CD14 binds to and mediates the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
