JMJD2B / KDM4B is physically associated with the MLL2 methyltransferase complex where it serves as a co-factor for ERa-mediated transcriptional activation. JMJD2B / KDM4B antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
