    AA 150-230, Cleaved-Ser199

    Fonction

    Cleaved-Caspase-7 (S199) Polyclonal Antibody

    Specificité

Cleaved-Caspase-7 (S199) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of fragment of activated Caspase-7 protein resulting from cleavage adjacent to S199.

    Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen

    Immunogène

Synthesized peptide derived from the Internal region of human Caspase-7 at AA range: 150-230

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Indications d'application

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IHC-P (1:100-1:300), ELISA (1:40000). Not yet tested in other applications.

    Sujet

Rabbit Anti-Cleaved-Caspase-7 (S199) Polyclonal Antibody,CASP7, MCH3, Caspase-7, CASP-7, Apoptotic protease Mch-3, CMH-1, ICE-like apoptotic protease 3, ICE-LAP3,CASP7 encodes a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) family. Sequential activation of caspases plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspases exist as inactive proenzymes which undergo proteolytic processing at conserved aspartic residues to produce two subunits, large and small, that dimerize to form the active enzyme. The precursor of the encoded caspase 7 is cleaved by caspase 3 and 10, is activated upon cell death stimuli and induces apoptosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for CASP7.,Caspase-7
