L’anticorps anti-Integrin beta 3 Monoclonal Souris est utilisé pour la détection de Integrin beta 3 dans des échantillons de Humain. Il a été validé pour FACS.
The clone C-61.13, a mouse monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to the 90-110 kDa integral cell-surface protein known as CD61 or Integrin beta-3 (β3) that in humans is encoded by the ITGB3 gene. CD61 is expressed on the surface of platelets and megakaryocytes. CD61 (platelet glycoproteins IIIa) and CD41 (platelet glycoprotein IIb) form a calcium-dependent heterodimeric complex. This glycoprotein complex (GPIIb-IIIa) binds plasma proteins, such as fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor, and vitronectin, and plays a critical role in platelet aggregation.
