  • Indications d'application

    Antigen Preadsorption Control: ED50 = 220 pM

    Restrictions

    For Research Use only
  • Format

    Lyophilized

    Reconstitution

Centrifuge the vial at 10,000 x g for 5 minutes before opening to ensure all material is collected at the bottom. The lyophilized product may be difficult to visualize. Add solvent directly to the centrifuged vial and dissolve by gently tapping, tilting, or rolling the vial. Avoid vigorous vortexing, a brief, light vortex of 1-2 seconds is acceptable if necessary. The product is readily soluble in high-quality pure water at micromolar to millimolar concentrations (typically 5 μM to 1 mM). For long-term storage in solution, we recommend preparing a stock solution by dissolving the product in double-distilled water (ddH2O) at a concentration between 100-1000x the final working concentration. Divide the stock solution into small, single-use aliquots and store at -20 °C. Before use, thaw the relevant vial(s) and dilute to the desired working concentration in your working buffer. Centrifuge all product preparations before use. It is recommended to prepare fresh working solutions just before use. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles to maintain optimal biological activity.

    Buffer

Lyophilized from double distilled water (ddH2O). May contain residual trifluoroacetate (TFA).
