Porc Lapin Inconjugué ELISA, WB Western blot using  protein-A purified Anti-MIP-1ß (CCL4) antibody shows detection of recombinant swine MIP-1ß (CCL4) raised in yeast. The protein was purified and resolved by SDS-PAGE, then transferred to PVDF membrane. Membrane was blocked with 3% BSA (BSA-30, diluted 1:10), and probed with 4 µg/mL primary antibody overnight at 4°C. After transfer, the membrane was blocked overnight with 3% BSA in TBS followed by reaction with primary antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution.
