  1. LBH was significantly down-regulated in lung cancer tissue samples and was correlated with the prognosis and clinical characteristics of lung cancer patients. Survival analysis revealed that LBH-negative expression was associated with poor overall survival of LUAD patients (P = 0.021).

  2. Low LBH level, caused by a rheumatoid arthritis risk allele, is a risk factor for aggressive fibroblast-like synoviocyte behavior.
