Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Western Blot: under non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.

- CD36 is an 88kD cell surface glycoprotein expressed by platelets and monocytes/macrophages and also by some microvascular endothelium and erythroid precursors. CD36 is the receptor for thrombospondin.
