Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (Frozen or Formalin-FixedParaffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell smears). For IHC dilute concentared antibody at 1/50-1/200 using streptavidin-Biotin system orpolymer system. For FFPE tissue sections high temperature antigen retriever (boiling tissue in 10 mM Citratebuffer for 10 min) enhances the signal and may require further dilution of antibody. Positive Control: Human colon carcinoma, LS 174 T colon cancer cell line.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
