Specificité: Reacts specifically with the STAT5a protein. Does not cross-react with the highly related STAT5b protein. Cross-reactivity with other endogenous STAT isoforms has not been observed. Reactivity has been confirmed by Western Blot using cell lysates derived from human A431 cells (+/-EGF treatment), NIH 3T3 cells, MCF-7 cells and HeLa cells. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse and rat.
