Indications d'application: Approved: Flo, WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 2-5 μg/1 x 10 cells. Ramos cells can be used as a positive control in flow cytometry. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Whole cell lysate from Ramos cells can be used as positive control and a protein of approximate molecular weight of 120kD should be detected in western blotting. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
