Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot (Reduced and Non-reduced): Using osteoinductive cells, i. e. BFP and Saos-2. Immunocytochemistry: Using osteoinductive cells, i. e. BFP and Saos-2. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:2.5 with autoclave/citrate buffer antigen retrieval. Demonstrates the presence of BMP4 in developmental bone formation in human embryo growth plate and the alveolar bone of rat embryo. Positive control: Mouse brain extract. -
