Indications d'application
-
Approved: IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Previous lots detected IRS-1 in RIPA lysates of rat L6 myoblasts. In cells that contain high levels of IRS-1, this lot may work optimally at 0.1-0.5 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates IRS-1 from 500 μg of 3T3/A31 RIPA lysate. Positive control: Fibroblast Cell, 3T3/A31, L6 myoblasts. -
