    AA 319-333

    Specificité

Recognizes human MT1-MMP. Very slight cross-reactivity to hMMP-3. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, rat, rabbit porcine and equine. For unknown reasons this antibody does not react on westerns to MMP-14 [MT1-MMP], Human, Prodomain, Catalytic Domain.

    Homologie

Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Sheep, Goat, Hamster, Porcine, Bovine, Opossum, Platypus (100%) Elephant, Panda, Stickleback, Turkey, Bat, Dog, Horse, Rabbit, Chicken, Pufferfish (93%) Zebrafish, Xenopus, Medaka (87%) Lizard (80%).

    Purification

    Immunoaffinity purified

    Immunogène

Peptide (aa 319-333, CDGNFDTVAMLRGEM) in the hemopexin-like domain of human membrane Type1 matrix metalloproteinase human MT1-MMP also referred to as MMP-14. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Sheep, Goat, Hamster, Porcine, Bovine, Opossum, Platypus (100%), Elephant, Panda, Stickleback, Turkey, Bat, Dog, Horse, Rabbit, Chicken, Pufferfish (93%), Zebrafish, Xenopus, Medaka (87%), Lizard (80%).

    Isotype

    IgG3 kappa
  • Indications d'application

    Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP, WB (10 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry, and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 10 μg/mL, membrane preparations, MD-MB-231 cells pretreated with 1-5 μg/mL ConA for 24-48 hours for positive control. 60-65kD proteins are identified. When tested against recombinant MT1-MMP (lacking the TM domain) expressed in CHO cells the antibody reacts with a band of ~59kD. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, traditional formalin fixation problematic. Paraffin-embedded tissue sections with PLP fixation required.
