Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band in human frontal cortex lysates, but not in human, mouse and rat heart lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. This protein has a calculated MW of 31.2 kDa according to NP_998734.1. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
