Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band in human liver lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.3. The 60 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Lung shows cytoplasm staining in the resporatory epithelium of the bronchus. Recommended concentration, 5-10μg/mL.
