- Indications d'application
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in human testis lysates (calculated MW of 66.5 kDa according to NP_004815.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lahn et al, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2002 Jun 25,99 (13) :8707-12, PMID: 12072557). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
