Immunogène: ELMO1 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of ELMO1.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa and 50 kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 1-2 μg/mL. Note the smaller isoform of this protein has a consensus glycosylation site, which may explain the higher than expected band size (50 kDa versus 30 kDa ). Glycosylation can affect migration of proteins on SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press].
