Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 120 kDa band detected in HFF cell lysates. Data kindly provided by Laura Papp and Kum Kum Khanna. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Papp et al, Mol Cell Biol. 2006 Jul,26 (13) :4895-910, PMID: 16782878). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows granular cytoplasm staining in Leydig cells. Recommended concentration, 3 μg/mL.
