- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band in mouse and rat brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.0 kDa according to mouse NP_059489.1. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Approximately 45 kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate (calculated MW of 42.0 kDa according to NP_443070.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 μg/mL.
