Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 120 kDa and 50 kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1 μg/mL. Please note that the weaker smaller band may represent a novel isoform of this protein and is in agreement with previous Western Blot observations (J Biol Chem 1995 Mar 3,270 (9) :4575-87).
