Specificité: The antibody is able to bind to phosphorylated peptide, but not regular peptide in ELISA. It also specifically detects phosphorylated cellular protein derived from stimulated cells. It recognizes Stat5 phosphorylated at Tyr694 in both ELISA and WB. This antibody shows no cross-reactivity with other unrelated protein.

Immunogène: Immunogen was synthetic phosphorylated peptide derived from human Stat5. This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with the immunogen.
