DS WB Results: Approx 65 kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 50.7 kDa according to NP_057270.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Han et al, jBlood. 2000 Nov 1,96(9):3049-55, PMID: 11049983). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
