Indications d'application

Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections. Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100 (routinely tested in flow cytometry on mouse peritoneal macrophages). Functional Assays: Clone M1/70.15 has been reported to block iC3b binding to its receptor.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: Endotoxin Level < 0.01EU/ug -
