Indications d'application: Approved: Flo, IHC, IHC-Fr (1:10), IHC-P

Usage: Suitable for use in FACS and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10 for 1hr at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded tissue and cytological material): 1:10 at 4?C O/N. Requires protease pretreatment prior to antibody application. Positive control: MCF-7, RT 112, HT-29, Detroit 562, RPMI 2650, SSC-12, bovine BMGE+H, BMGE-H, MDB cell lines. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
