Indications d'application: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 0.2-1 μg/mL. Approx 45-50 kDa band seen in 293 and Human Kidney lysate(predicted MW 40 kDa according to NP_037438). Note: A single approx 30-30 kDa band(probably representing the shorter isoform) was observed in Human Heart.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
