Indications d'application: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:16000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 50  kDa band in Human Tonsil and Thymus lysates after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 128  kDa according to NP_005328.2. The 50  kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
