Information d'application

Indications d'application: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/32000. Western Blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 40+45 kDa bands observed in Mouse Brain and RatBrain lysates (calculated MW of 42.5 kDa according to NP032757.1). A customer successfully used this product for immunoprecipitation of Human Y2R.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
