    AA 36-44

    Specificité

Specific for the active form of beta-catenin, non-phosphorylated on Ser37 and Thr41.1 A non-specific protein, Mr 130kD, was also detected when used at higher concentrations. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and rat (100 % ). Predicted to cross-react with frog and chicken (97/100), porcine (99/100) and zebrafish (91/100) based on epitope sequence homology. Does not cross-react with Drosophila. Others not tested.

    Purification

    Protein G purified

    Immunogène

Fusion protein corresponding to residues 1-100 of human beta-catenin with a C-terminal histidine tag. Epitope: Corresponds to aa 36-44 (HSGATTTAP) of human beta-catenin, Mr 92kD.

    Type of Immunogen: Fusion protein

    Isotype

    IgG1 kappa
  • Indications d'application

    Approved: ELISA, ICC, IHC, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects beta-catenin in RIPA lysates from A431 cells. Immunohistochemistry: Detects b-catenin in mouse embryo sections. Immunocytochemistry: Detects b-catenin in LiCl-treated 293Tcells fixed with methanol.
