It is part of a large co-repressor protein complex that includes SIN3A/B and histone deacetylases HDAC1 and HDAC2. SMRT / NCoR2 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
