Sujet
- CFLAR belongs to the peptidase C14A family. It is a apoptosis regulator protein which may function as a crucial link between cell survival and cell death pathways in mammalian cells. The protein acts as an inhibitor of TNFRSF6 mediated apoptosis. Full length and shorter isoforms have been shown either to induce apoptosis or to reduce TNFRSF-triggered apoptosis. CFLAR lacks enzymatic (caspase) activity. Synonyms: Polyclonal CFLAR antibody, Anti-CFLAR antibody, CASP8 and FADD-like apoptosis regulator antibody, CASH antibody, CASP8AP1 antibody, CLARP antibody, Casper antibody, FLAME antibody, FLAME-1 antibody, FLIP antibody, I-FLICE antibody, MRIT antibody, USURPIN antibody, c-FLIP antibody, c-FLIPL antibody, c-FLIPR antibody, c-FLIPS antibody.
