To raise antibodies against small non-immunogenic molecules, called haptens,it is often necessary to couple them to carrier protein, such as OVA.This antibody is a good reagent that may be used for the development of detection assay in ELISA or western blot to test the remaning OVA for clinical products in Vivo or research products In Vitro.
Indications d'application Western Bloting: 1/500 - 1/2000.
ELISA: Propose dilution 1/10000.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Determining optimal working dilutions by titration test.
