Displays neuroprotective effects in Huntington's disease mouse models including improved motor function, extended survival and reduced brain atrophy all of which were associated with reduced aggregated mutant huntingtin. Ameliorates β-amyloid pathology and cognitive imparement in an Alzheimer's disease mouse model.
