Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CFLAR antibody (Catalog #: AVARP02011_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
CFLAR belongs to the peptidase C14A family. It is a apoptosis regulator protein which may function as a crucial link between cell survival and cell death pathways in mammalian cells. The protein acts as an inhibitor of TNFRSF6 mediated apoptosis. Full length and shorter isoforms have been shown either to induce apoptosis or to reduce TNFRSF-triggered apoptosis. CFLAR lacks enzymatic (caspase) activity.
